La Flor de Cano Cigars

These Cuban Cigars were first created in 1932 by Juan Cano Sainz. La Flor de Cano Cigars are often hard to find due to small production levels these cigars are a favorite around the world, though they are next to impossible to find in the States due to the trade embargo.

In 1955 Juan Cano Sainz passed away and the company's name was changed to Hijos de Cano y Co. Juan's son Ernesto took over the business, unitl Fidel Castro nationalized all private assets in Cuba.

After that Ernesto held the duty of the Cigar Exporters Association in Havana for the next 9 years.
